Behind Ace Hardware and behind Paws Playhouse surface water is directed down a slope into the woods behind the east portion of Toco Hills Shopping Center. Some piles of dirt recently appeared possibly trying to slow down the runoff.There is a rentention pond off to the left of the piles of dirt. Maybe it's time to inspect it with the county as well?
