I left about 8:00 and my Pathfinder got up MMR to Houston Mill. Seems like that would be the preferred route of attack rather than going the other direction. Sideroads are OK after that.
85 S was mostly clear except for the HOV lane.

James and I stood on Mason Mill around 9am watching some folks get too stuck to get up the hill and others making it up to Houston Mill. A person living on the corner put cones up barring Houston Mill going towards Emory. She said they had called Emory police to help tow folks or see if a sand truck could be called....
